6. HOW DOES THE eDebt Management, Inc.
PROGRAM DIFFER FROM CHAPTER 7 AND CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY? TOP
The eDebt Management, Inc. is a partial payback to all creditors, unlike
Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Chapter 13 in wage re-organization program where
the creditor take less interest but you still agree to payback all the
money in a three to five year period. Although bankruptcy is an option
available to most consumers, we believe the eDebt Management, Inc.
program as the logical first step. Unlike bankruptcy, we will work with
your creditors to preserve the integrity of your credit history. It is
much better to show that you paid your creditors (only you will know
that you you paid your debt at a fraction of its value) than declare
bankruptcy which will stay on your credit report for 7 - 10 years.

REPRESENTATIVE GIVE LEGAL OPINIONS ON MY OPTIONS? TOP
NO.eDebt Management, Inc. is NOT a law firm and most of our

our program. You must ultimately make the decision on whether the eDebt
Management, Inc. program meets your needs. If you have legal questions,
we recommend that you seek qualified legal assistance.
8. WILL YOUR HELP AFFECT MY CREDIT
REPORT? TOP
NO! We never report information about you to any credit bureau unless
you request our help in making sure the debt is marked as fully paid on
your credit report. Some organizations that help people with their
financial problems report their clients. We never do. Some creditors
will report your account as current upon the successful completion of
your payment program.
YES! Any effect on your credit report should be in a
positive nature by showing that the debt is paid off. It is always
better to have debt that is paid off rather than a debt that is still
outstanding.
9. WHY DO I NEED YOUR HELP? CAN'T I
CONTACT MY CREDITORS MYSELF? TOP
Unless you have the skills and experience that we do, you will never
know if the creditor is giving you the best terms available. In some
cases, you might inadvertently cause more damage by trying to work with
a complicated system where you have little knowledge.
Some clients have come to us after they tried to
contact their creditors directly. They found that the process was
consuming too much of their time, was overly complicated, and involved
procedures that were difficult to understand.
Most often, when a client has contacted the creditor
directly they found that the creditor was not sympathetic to the debtor
and would not give any discount whatsoever. In fact, when the debtor
personally contacts the creditor it often brings up emotional issues
that USC does not have to deal with in the negotiation.
Remember, eDebt Management's debt settlement service
is GUARANTEED!
